In September 2004, my husband and I were planning to remodel our kitchen and eating area in a home that we had just purchased. It was a very old kitchen in a beautiful old home. We had plans and knew what we wanted; we just needed a contractor to bid the job so we could get started.
We had 3 to 4 contractors come to the house and because it was an older home they would frown, promise to give us an estimate and never to be seen again! The kitchen designer that we used knew we were having difficulty so she gave us the telephone number for Builder’s Integrity.
The two brothers arrived exactly when they said they would be there, did not act like it was a job that they could not handle, looked at our plans and said they would “work it up”. They came back a few times with suggestions for a few changes and their ideas were all good ones. Andy and Kris got the job! They said that they would begin on a particular day and time and that is exactly when they arrived!!!
Andy and Kris were on the job every day, unlike some contractors who work on your job and then go to another one for a few days. It was a large remodel, but they made the madness fun! Between their jokes and country music it made you want to stay and help! The kitchen and separate eating area were beautifully finished and with great attention to detail. The area was cleaned, materials removed, tools aside and area swept each day. They completed the job with precision and skill.
We later asked them to make a suggestion for someone to redo our 55 year old pool; they said they could do it! My husband and I did not hesitate. They rebuilt our old pool, replaced the liner, all new wiring, pipes, filters, controls, etc. Andy and Kris rebuilt our screen porch making it larger yet keeping the old stone floor. They also installed the pavers surrounding our pool, front door pavement and side pavement. We cannot praise their work integrity, skills, and knowledge enough. If you don’t care how its done or if it is done right – please do not call them, but if you do… then Andy and Kris are who you want.
We have recommended them to other friends and family who have all been immensely pleased with the jobs completed.
